This calculator provides dimensions needed to create a cover or dust jacket file.

You must click "Calculate" whenever you alter the input values. The data will not update unless you do so.

Note that bleed is included in the dimensions shown on the left. Bleed is .25" on all four sides for Soft Covers and .125" Dust Jackets. A larger bleed of .80" is required for printed wraps - this part will wrap around to the backside of the cover boards. Remember, you should keep all important text and graphics at least .25" inside the bleed area.

Dust jackets always have 4" wide flaps front and back.
